We use your information to respond to booking or contact requests, to send a confirmation email for your request, and to reach out to you via WhatsApp, phone, or email to confirm the final time of your session.

If you leave a review on the site, the name, rating, and text you submit are published publicly on our testimonials pages. We do not use your information for advertising or marketing purposes without your clear consent.

Information you send us is stored in a MongoDB Atlas database, protected with industry-standard security measures. Access to this data is limited to Meliora Medical staff who need it to fulfill your request.

We use the Resend service to send confirmation emails when you submit our booking or contact form. These are transactional emails, not marketing newsletters, and are only sent in response to your action on the site.

Our website uses a minimal number of essential cookies, needed for its function and security, including Cloudflare Turnstile anti-spam verification on our forms. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies. For more detail, see our Cookie Policy.

We do not sell or trade your personal data. We only share data with service providers who help us operate the site, such as MongoDB Atlas for data storage, Resend for sending emails, and Cloudflare for anti-spam protection. These providers only have access to the extent needed to perform their service.

We keep booking and contact requests for as long as needed to serve you and to maintain a record of our communication. Published reviews are kept until you request their removal. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
